Our Thematic Areas

Our thematic areas is inline with the SDGs 4,4.7,8 and 16. Our objectives is build and establish young people to be an effective advocate for policy change, we need to work with the Sustainable Development Goals

SDGs 4 Quality Education

Human Rights Education/Advocacy We create a training network of members that involves corporate organizations, human rights institutions, institutions of learning and the society to reduce human rights violations using education, communication, campaign and promotion of the rights of the less privileged and the marginalized in our society.

SGDs 4.7. Global Citizenship Education

Global Citizenship Education We train teachers and students through our networks of schools that comprises both private and public to understand what Global Citizenship Education GCED means and how they can use it in teaching their various subject and peace and human rights in their schools. Also, the students will learn about Global Citizenship Education and how they will apply it in their various schools and communities as advocates for peace and human rights.

SDGs 8. Decent Work and Economic Growth

Safety Education/Advocacy We create training network of members that involved our community, employers and employees to save lives and reduce workplace accidents and injuries through education, communication and promotion of Health, Safety and Environmental policies, legislation, rules and regulations in our working environment.

SDGs 16. Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions

Peace Building and Education We create a training network of Young People, Parents Support Groups and Community Youth Support Groups on peace building and conflict resolution, ongoing tracing and re-union, facilitation of community reconciliation and peace meetings, community and religious dialogues and consensus building on traditional justice systems, interactive games and sports among children and youth, development and implementation of peace, action plans, and dissemination of Information Education and Communication (IEC) materials to provide acceptance and reintegration during our peace education.

As an active member - An active member is a person who has met all the requirement and ready to participate in all our activities to meet ISOPS Vision and Mission. Requirement and Responsibilities:  To be a citizen of Nigeria or any other country of sound mind.  Ready to participate in all ISOPS programs and activities  Registration fee in Naira is N5000 yearly dues that includes ID Cards, while in Dollars is $20. Benefits:  To enjoy protection against any form of victimization, human rights violation and harassment  Receive our ID Card and recommendation for references  To receive free training on peace, safety and human rights locally and internationally and receives certificates.  To receive scholarship from our partner in the areas of peace, safety and human rights both locally and internationally.  To travel abroad to attend conferences and workshops and earn certificates.  To receive award recognition and certificates from our partners abroad

As a volunteer the person will able to work with us for free in any of our positions available. (E.g. Program Coordinators, State Coordinators, Country Coordinators etc.) Requirement and Responsibilities:  To be a citizen of Nigeria or any other country and be of sound mind.  Ready to participate in all ISOPS programs and activities  Ready to work with us in any of the position assigned to him or her. Ambassador is a person who has done some humanitarian work or renders any service to humanity who is ready to work with ISOPS as a brand representative in any of the area assigned him or her to perform. Requirement and Responsibilities:  To be a citizen of Nigeria or any other country and be of sound mind.  Ready to participate in all ISOPS programs and activities  To those that have done humanitarian work that will be supporting our work mentally and financially or any other form. Benefits:  To enjoy protection against any form of victimization, human rights violation and harassment  Receive Ambassadorship certificate after verification and qualified  Receive our ID Card and recommendation for references  To receive free training on peace, safety and human rights locally and internationally and receives certificates.  To receive scholarship from our partner in the areas of peace, safety and human rights both locally and internationally.  To travel abroad to attend conferences and workshops and earn certificates.  To receive award recognition and certificates from our partners abroad  To act as delegates and represent us in New York-USA, Geneva – Switzerland and Vienna –Austria UN conferences and meetings.
