Oyaifo Abdul Ghani attended Lagos Sate University, Rivers State Polytechnic and Martinville University in the United States to study Personnel Management, safety and Security, Occupational Safety and Fire Service. He specializes in Health, Safety and Environment, Peace and Human Rights as a practitioner and an educator. His work also involves Conflict Management, Conflict Resolution, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation, Negotiation including Peacebuilding. His experiences and areas of knowledge include Gender Based Violence, Female Genital Mutilations and Global Citizenship Education. He is also an active advocate against these issues.

He is a holder of B.sc and M.sc in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University and University of Lagos respectively.He further obtained postgraduate Diploma and master of Education in Guidance and Counselling from University of Lagos. Dr. Kufre Essien – Director of Training and Education for International Society for Peace and Safety.
He obtained his B.Eng in Safety Engineering from AkwaIbom State Polytechnic.Member Institute of Risks and Safety Management of Nigeria. Principal Consultant Sea-bird Environmental Services. Certified Peace Ambassador Trainer, Peacejam Foundation. Member of 7 professional bodies and more than 16 years working experience.
Director of Communication
Ide Etuk – Director of Information and Communication for International Society for peace and Safety. ). He Hails from Ikot Ide Akpakpan in Ibesikpo-Asutan LGA of Akwa Ibom State. He attended Lutheran Primary School, Ikot Ide Akpakpan and obtained his First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) and proceeded to Secondary Commercial School, Ikot Obio Inyang in Etinan LGA where he obtained WAEC and NECO certificates. In University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, he studied a five years Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) program in Food Engineering discipline. He has served in many organizations including South-South Patriotic Youth Movement (SSPYM) as Secretary and in Society for Human Development and Integration in Nigeria (SOHDIN) as Secretary. She graduated from University of Nigeria Nsukka.(UNN) with B.Sc in Education/Health.NCE in Education/Biology from Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education.Certified OSHA UK,Safety,Health and Environment Coordinator.She also hold Peace Ambassador certificate from Peacejam Foundation USA.She is an educationist and a qualified train the trainer with 8 years working experience with NGOs and other Institutes.
