Dr. UMOTONG, Iniobong Daniel,obtained Doctorate Degree in Philosophy (Ph.D). 2003, Master of Arts (MA) Philosophy. 1998, Postgraduate Diploma in Management. 1997, Bachelor of Arts (BA. Hons.) Philosophy. 1992.He is a lecturer and Acting Head, Department of  Philosophy, Akwa Ibom State University May 6, 2013 – to date.He has written many books in Peace, Religions and philosophy.He brought his experience as advisory board member to contribute to the success of International Society for Peace and Safety.



Tom Baker is the Head of Schutz School in Egypt and formal Head of International Program Development at the PeaceJam Foundation. He has 35 years of experience as a school leader and teacher in the United States and internationally in Finland, Tanzania, Thailand, and Norway where he established the first PeaceJam program in Scandinavia as Head of School at Oslo International School from 2009 to 2013.His role at PeaceJam is to both support existing PeaceJam programs internationally and to promote the development and implementation of new programs around the world.He brought his experience to International Society for Peace and Safety to support its objectives to fulfill it mandate.


Dr. Asten Maureen is an interdisciplinary scholar and practitioner in media studies, gender, cultural, and feminist studies; and video and film production and theory. She is a feminist visual anthropologist whose work focuses on using video/film as a tool to raise consciousness and to create a visual/oral documentation for people in society who are not typically represented in the greater society and world.  Dr. Asten has a broad experience in higher education, teaching, administration, and program development, as well as extensive experience working with adult learners in both traditional and online learning environments.

Dr. Asten has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana State University in Theater, a Master of Science Degree from Indiana State University in Communication/Radio, TV and Film and a Doctorate of Education from the University of Cincinnati in Educational Foundations.

Svend Erik Plum - retired by the end of 2003 as a colonel in the Danish Army. his last position was: Commander of Command Support and Communication and Commandant in the town of Fredericia. After that he worked for 6 years for Maersk Data and Saab Systems. Following that, he was an independent consultant with SepSep Consult, "Supporting Evaluation and Planning.Having had a spiritual awakening, he is supporting the New Message from God, aiming to see humanity to live together responsibly to survive and to save our precious Earth for coming generations.


KRIS SEEBURN - Serves as Professor in Information Systems Audit and Control, IT & Enterprise Governance, Computer Security, Information warfare and Strategic & Information Risk Management. He is a seasoned Information Security Consultant. He is Visiting & Distinguished Professor on IT &Internet Governance, Digital Forensics, Information Security and Internet Law. He was the Founder of Riesling Consulting Group, focused on Audit and Advisory services and growing into a full end -to -end solution provider in Riesling Legal Services. Has completed various banking and finance audits as well as BASEL II & III and various other core standards audits and implementations. He actively participates on various International Standards bodies such as ISO/NIST.He has over 16+ years of experience. Holds Masters in Information Technology, Network Technology, MBA and also a Masters in Law in Computer Communications Law & various Industry Certifications in Audit, Internal Audit, Governance, Security, Fraud, Forensics and Project Management with a research Degree on Information Risk .Has a range of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Information Technology Management, Auditing and Risk. He is a member of Advisory Board of The New Security Foundation, Member of The American College of Forensic Examiners & Institute of Forensics Science. He was President / Founder of the ISACA Mauritius Chapter, Chair of the Academic Program Subcommittee / Member of the Education and Dissemination Committee of ISACA. He was Gold Medalist for the BCS Mauritius IT Personality of the Year award. Was made a Fellow of the Canterbury Christ Church University, UK. He was also given the ISACA Harold Weiss Award for Outstanding contribution to the IT Governance Profession for 2012 - 2013.He was instrumental to ISACA and INTOSAI - WGITA agreement that brought ISACA closer to National / Supreme Audit institutions. He still represents ISACA as a observer member and actively participates in many core activities such as development of key methods etc.,


 UJU PEACE OKEKE is a law graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, called to the Nigerian Bar in 2002. She obtained LL.M IN Human Rights (specializing in Reproductive and Sexual Health and Rights) from the University of the Free State, Bloemfontein South Africa in 2007. She worked with leading law firms and Non Governmental Organizations like Women’s Advocates Research and Documentation Centre (WARDC) and Socio Economic Rights Initiative (SERI). She is currently the Executive Director of Centre For Mmadu on Human Rights (C4M), and Managing partner at Okeke Uju Peace & Co.

She has appeared and successfully handled contentious civil and criminal matters at every level of court in Nigeria and has trodden uncommon paths. She has represented victims of sexual violence, domestic violence, gender based violence, HIV/AIDS discrimination, illegal eviction, divorce based- violence and defilement cases, and other human rights violations.  

Her training and modicum of experience in her line of work has given her various opportunities to lend her voice to human rights issues through litigations, writings, paper presentations, radio and television discussions. Thus, she has assisted many Nigerians in conflict management through negotiation and mediation on human rights issues.

She is directly involved in gender and human rights programs and consults for a number of Non Governmental Organizations. She has published articles on women’s rights, children’s rights, rights of the elderly, other general fundamental human rights, politics, business, leadership, culture, etc. she has participated in researches and the drafting of important documents serving as tools in different areas of human rights in Nigeria. She has also participated in the drafting of shadow reports, policies and legislations. She has facilitated and attended local and international conferences where she trained and presented papers. She has written books, and book reviews.

She belongs to professional organizations like Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), African Women Lawyers Association (AWLA) Christian Lawyers Fellowship (CLASFON), Professional negotiators and mediators (pnm) and Association of African Women for Research and Development (AAWORD).

Patrick Okedinachi Utomi is a Nigerian professor of political economy and management expert. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria and a former presidential candidate. He is the founder of Centre for Value in Leadership and the African Democratic Congress.



His Majesty,DE Wheno Aholu Meno -Toyi 1.OFR,L.L.D,Dlitt,JP,THE AKRAN OF BADAGRY(GBAGI)
The Akran of Badagry was a senior journalist before he was made the king in 1977. He was once a school teacher in Badagry and its environs. While he was a teacher, he developed interest in news-gathering and dissemination. With time, he abandoned teaching and embraced journalism as his profession. He rose to become the Acting News Editor (South) for New Nigerian newspaper. He was dedicated to work and look forward to becoming an Editor of a national newspaper one day.
It was gathered that the Akran of Badagry started his journalism career in 1961 when he was signed on by Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe’s West African Pilot. Between 1961 and 1964, he reported as a stringer and later became Chief Reporter. He worked with the defunct Daily Sketch in Ibadan as a Senior Sub-Editor where he worked briefly before he joined the New Nigerian newspaper. At New Nigerian he worked as Acting News Editor (South). He was on this position in the newspaper and was at his desk one day sometimes in 1977 when representatives of Badagry people visited the newspaper’s office to inform him that he has been chosen by the kingmakers as the new Akran of Badagry.
The Wheno Menu-Toyi, according to ordinary people on the streets in Badagry, is friendly and hospitable. “He is a great lover of his people. He has brought lots of developments to the ancient city. He is a staunch advocate of peace,human rights and integrated rural development.
Akran Wheno Menu-Toyi is the paramount ruler in the whole of Badagry division of Lagos state. Aside this, he is regarded as the paramount ruler by all Egun speaking people all over Nigeria. Before His Majesty, there had been 14 Akran of Badagry since the days of Akran Gbafoe in 1425, to the present. Under his kingdom, His Majesty administers over 70 adjourning villages and districts on the Mainland and Island.  Among the towns and villages are, Ajido, Morogbo, Ajara, Pota, Mowo, Aradagun, Gberefu, Iyaafin, Agorin, Ibereko and others. It was learnt that the Akran of Badagry’s influence stretched up to the border town of Seme between Nigeria and Benin Republic.
His Majesty is a permanent Vice-Chairman of Lagos State Council of Oba’s and Chiefs and was in October, 1990, elected by members of the council to represent it on the enlarged National Council of State in Abuja. He was honoured with the National Award- Officer of the Federal Republic (OFR) on 7th March, 1981. Same year, he was installed as the Chancellor, River’s State University of Science and Technology at Nkpolu, Port Harcourt.
